People always ask me, “How do you stay motivated to workout? What is your secret?”
Well, my secret is good music and an iPod. I have tons of playlists made up for different types of workouts. So, because I know how hard it can be to put together a good playlist off the top of your head, I give you, my Ultimate Fat Scorching Playlist. These songs are sure to get you up and moving. I have used this playlist when I run or do circuit training (circuit training will be explained in a future post) and you would be amazed at how much a good song can get you to pick up the pace. If you download all of the songs, its about 40 minutes total, so add your own warm-up song and a cool-down song, and you’ve got yourself the perfect playlist for one kick butt workout!
