And That Is What Its All About

By Sheila • Aug 8th, 2008 • Category: About

Yesterday I woke up to read this blog post written by my good friend, Leigh Peele. Wow. I was speechless. It is people like Leigh that make this world such a wonderful place. People who ask for nothing in return, yet they go leaps and bounds out of their way to help you.

Following my dreams was not an easy path, and to tell you the truth, still isn’t. There are definitely sacrifices but I am bound and determined to live my life by the law of attraction. I know what I am passionate about, and that my friend, is a gift that no one can ever take away. I want to help people find their best life through health and wellness. I want you to read what I write and say, wow, things are so clear now. I want to inspire. That is my ultimate goal, MY path to my best life. It gives me strength and fills me with happiness just thinking about it. Helping other people makes me feel empowered. So I took the path that some might call “uncertainty”. I see it differently. I see it as defining my own future and living a life that I know I truly enjoy, rather than just following the “accepted” path that has been set before me.

So, to all my new readers - welcome!!! Please continue to visit and make sure to sign up for my newsletter, as the best is yet to come. I am currently doing some technical, behind the scenes tweaking to the site, to make things run a little more efficiently here on Live Well 360°. I ask for your patience, but I assure you, as soon as I have that complete, I am going to knock your socks off with some incredible stuff. Just you wait.

I also have decided that my next series is going to be my own personal fat loss story, from beginning to end, WITH pictures. Yes, I said pictures - before AND after. Now I’ve said it, it’s out there, I have to follow through. I think that in order for you to completely feel at home here at Live Well, you need to know my struggles and how I was able to succeed in reaching my fat loss goals, after years and years of doing the wrong things.

Lastly, as a side note — want to know what is ironic? Leigh mentioned in her post that I would ask a lot of questions when she began training me. The funny thing is, I thought that was what everyone did. I mean, hey if you go to the trouble to hire a trainer to get this fat loss done, you want to understand it so that when the trainer is gone, you can continue to live a shapely and fat-free life, right? Ha. Oh well, I suppose that is what makes me, me. I am cut from a different cloth.

And with that I will leave you with this. Happy Friday, and be sure to take some time out today to be thankful for the good things in your life. You are blessed in many ways. Enjoy those blessings.
