Spring is here and all the buzz in the fitness world is about getting ready for bikini season. For many of us, feeling confident in a bikini (or board shorts) is a big part of fitness, and yet for us at Live Well 360, so is feeling satisfied with the foods we eat. This peach protein smoothie fits the bill – it’s satisfying, gives us tons of energy, and leaves us feeling full, yet light and clear-minded.
It has about a 2:1 ratio of carbs to protein, which is great for your a post workout meal. Plus the serving size is HUGE (it fills the whole blender) so it will keep you satisfied and full for hours.
Ingredients
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- 1 serving (140 g) frozen peaches
- 1 cup milk (we used almond, but you could use skim, 2%, rice, hemp, etc)
- 1 squirt liquid stevia, vanilla flavored (optional)
- pinch of cinnamon
- 3 cups ice cubes
Directions
Blend all ingredients on high for 2-3 minutes, until thick and creamy.

This shake is super delicious!!
What kind of protein powder do you use? I ran this through FitDay and my nutrition info isn't even close to yours. Just wondering if my pp is throwing things off or if it's the agave (instead of stevia)…
Hey Steph! I use the vanilla flavored Optimum Nutrition Natural (link above in the ingredients list). It could be a combination of both your protein powder and the agave. Isn’t it awesome!! The best is when peaches are in season, and its suuuuuper sweet (I don’t use any stevia when they are really sweet).
