Canadians who do not want to consume this hormone should be buying organic or naturally raised beef (the cows are not raised on certified organic farms, bit are not given any hormones or antibiotics). Also, on both sides of the border, when you're buying a product which contains cheese or milk ingredients (such as fish shaped crackers), if the product is made in the USA and is not organic you are consuming the contaminated milk. If the product is made in Canada of Canadian ingredients, it's okay.... much easier to simply buy organic EVERYTHING!
