So…what do you think? How do you like the new layout and Live Well 360° logo? I am really excited about how great it turned out. Apologies for being a little light on content last week, as I was working with Joel Williams, aka Blog Tech Guy, on the behind the scenes stuff, who by the way, I must mention, does amazing, fast work! Also, to give props where props are deserved, thank you to Stefan Dallakian for his help/wonderful ideas for the new logo.

I made this switch not just for design purposes, but for efficiency as well. Now it will be easier for you to find specific content on the site, and easier for me to provide it! I won’t be bogged down so much with the techy behind the curtain stuff, so I will be able to focus my energy on writing about stuff you want to know! The only bummer is that I lost the comments from the previous layout so when you find something you like, dislike, have a question about - be sure to share your thoughts so we can all learn from and talk with each other.

So with that, I have to tell you, we have some great things ahead. As I mentioned, I am working on telling my own fat loss story and I have a special place here on the site called “Be Inspired” where I plan to display YOUR story. You heard me, if you have an inspirational story that you would like to share, send it in. Be Inspired is going to be a place where you can go to find strength, encouragement and realize that you too have the power to achieve your best life goals. This site is your path to wellness. Its time to start right now, on that path.
