Thanks for the response. I have not read the book &quot;Why Zebras Don’t Get Ulcers&quot; but just Googled it and read the synopsis. I agree that we humans definitely have stressors in our lives that take a toll on our bodies. Especially right now in society, with negativity filling up the nightly news, its easy to let that weigh heavy on your chest. It is time to start finding ways to help ourselves re-think some of these stressors and get out of the ho-hum funk and into a rhythm of appreciation instead. 

I have some upcoming posts that I think are going to help people see how they can make small changes, especially relating to body image, that will allow them to move into a more joyful experience, even when amidst difficult times. It really is not as hard as many people think it is. It&#039;s all about being open to the idea of controlling your own experience.</description>
