		<description>Nice post.  The damage from the guilt is sooo much worse than the damage from the extra calories.  

Although, If I have REALLY overindulged, I do like to remind myself how bad it made me feel, physically.  But, move on and don&#039;t repeat the mistakes of the past.</description>
