		<description>Good recipe! I was craving some gyros and wasn&#039;t quite sure which route I should take to make the chicken flavorful...I usually have beef/lamb gyro so this was new to me. I marinated in a balsamic dressing then did the spice rub and followed your recipe. Yum! Only thing I completely forgot to do was strain the yogurt- oops! Still was great!</description>
