This Fitness Friday workout is for all girlfriends, sisters, and women of the fast life!

I love going out! I love the people and the energy of the city at night. But one of the best parts of going out… is getting ready to go out!

Yes, it is about the fashion, but it’s also about HOW you wear that look.

So today we’re going to sweat! Incredible results don’t just happen, you need to make them happen, so get up from behind your computer and do this with me!

And, while you’re at it, share it, enlist a friend, coworker, family member, whomever. You will be surprised who would be up for the challenge.

 The Workout

The workout consists of 5 moves, doing each move for 1 minute!

  • Oblique Jumps
  • Supermans
  • Twisted Broncos
  • Glute Thrusts
  • Boat Pose Twists

So do each move for 1 minute and do 3 rounds of each of them!

In no time, you will be ready to rock your new outfit and go out on the town!
