Hardcore Bodyweight Core Workout
The Workout
- Push-Up with Side Plank Reach (5 reps on each side)
- Spider Man Plank (10 reps on each leg)
- Bad Girls (10 reps)
- Plank Jacks (10 reps)
You’re going to loop these exercise together for one full circuit; complete the circuit 3 to 5 times for a full workout or even just do once on a day where you don’t have much time.
