Product Care
What is the best way to clean my Live Well 360 bag?
We recommend washing your Live Well 360 bag by hand using a mild dish soap and then leaving the bag to air dry, you may also turn the bag inside out to dry. Do not put your bag in the dryer as it could melt the nylon and will also void the warranty.
Are Live Well 360 bags waterproof and/or mildew resistant?
Live Well 360 bags are constructed of top quality materials and are water resistant and mildew resistant.
However, please keep in mind that these bags are not made to keep your most valuable possessions dry will white water rafting (other companies make bags for that), nor are they made to house the worlds sweatiest (and later stinkiest!) clothes while zipped up for two months (no one makes bags for that!). If you do happen to leave a gnarly t-shirt in the bag from your workout last month, be sure to wash the bag using the method described above.
Warranty and Returns
What is the warranty on my Live Well 360 bag?
We will warranty your bag against any defects in original material or workmanship. Although the chance is very slim, if you were to have a defect in material or workmanship, we will be more than happy to exchange the bag for a new one.
Please send warranty claims to customercare@livewell360.com with the following information in the e-mail:
- Original order number
- Description of the issue
- Pictures of the issue
What is the return policy on my Live Well 360 bag?
Bags can be returned within 365 days (Yes…1 full year!) of purchase as long as the bag is still in brand new condition, as you received it when you ordered it from us. Returned goods must be in perfect, un-used condition with all original tags.
During and after the 365 day timeframe, we will only accept a used bag due to manufacturing defect, subject to the terms of our warranty policy (see warranty information above).
After we have received and satisfactorily inspected your returned bag, a credit for the original purchase price of the bag will be issued to your credit card.
Shipping
How will the product be shipped?
Please note, we are currently only shipping to addresses in the US, Canada, Australia, and select European countries at this time.
US ORDERS:
Our standard method of shipping for US orders is FedEx Ground and takes approximately 4-5 business days. Our standard method of shipping is complementary (meaning FREE of charge!), just choose “Standard Shipping” at the time of checkout. All US orders will have FedEx tracking notification, which will be sent via email at the time your order is shipped.
CANADIAN ORDERS:
For Canadian shipments, there will be flat rate charge of $20.00. This will cover any additional handling and postage associated with Canadian shipments. Our standard method of shipping for Canadian orders is USPS Priority Mail International. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
For all other international shipments outside of Canada, there will be flat rate charge of $40.00. Our standard method of shipping for international orders is USPS Priority Mail International. Please allow 6-10 business days for delivery.
ALL ORDERS:
All bags, regardless of destination, will be shipped in a clear plastic protective bag inside the packaging.
For International orders, any/all additional taxes or duties charged by customs will be the responsibility of the customer.
All orders placed before 1PM Eastern will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1PM Eastern will be shipped the next business day. If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday it will ship on the next business day.
Lastly, shipping timeframes are our best estimates based on history and ideal circumstances. If your order is late for any reason please let us know by e-mailing customercare@livewell360.com. We work closely with our shipping partners and your feedback is valuable information for both us and them.
Yes, for US orders only, you can choose “Expedited Shipping” at the time of checkout to upgrade your order to 2-business day delivery. There is an additional flat rate fee of $25.00 for expedited US orders. Unfortunately, for our international friends we are not offering expedited shipment as we cannot guarantee expedited shipments through customs.
Order Changes
How can I change an order that I have already placed?
Contact our customer service department at customercare@livewell360.com as soon as possible after your order has been placed, if you need to make a change. Ideally we want to make changes before the order has shipped. Because we ship soon after your order has been successfully completed, in most cases, we cannot always guarantee that any changes to your order can be made.

Do you accept check or money order?
Yes, check and money order payments can be made through Paypal during checkout.
Is my credit card information safe when I place an order?
Yes, our shopping cart is secure, tested and certified daily to pass both the “McAfee Secure” Security Scan and Authorize.net security scan. During checkout, at the bottom of the checkout page you can see the “live” McAfee Secure mark and the Authorize.net seal. Both of these marks only appear when a site has passed the daily security tests for both McAfee and Authorize.net.

Where to Find Live Well 360 Products
Can I buy Live Well 360 bag in retail stores?
At this time, Live Well 360 products are only available online through our website at www.livewell360.com/shop.
I live outside of the countries listed in the shopping cart, can I still purchase a Live Well 360 bag?
At this time, we are only shipping to the countries listed in the shopping cart. However, please send us an email at customercare@livewell360.com if you are located outside of these countries, as we are in the process of expanding our shipping options.
General Questions
The single-strap bag is meant to be worn over one shoulder and across the body. If you are right-handed, you most likely will want to put the strap over your left shoulder, so that the bag is resting near your right hip. If you are left handed, then you will likely want to place the main strap over your right shoulder.
That said, there is no right or wrong way to wear your Live Well 360 bag. The only right way is the way that is most comfortable to you!
Does the Core have yoga mat straps?
The Core was designed to not have yoga mat straps, however the Accel and the Luxx do have yoga mat straps.
