Sauce Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
5 cloves garlic, minced
12 small button mushrooms stemmed and chopped
1 lb lean ground turkey breast
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
1 28 oz can diced tomatoes, excess liquid drained

cooking spray
1 oz pecans
1/4 cup whole-wheat flour
1-1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
1-1/2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
4 egg whites
1 pound of chicken tenders
