Quinoa Porridge

1/2 cup quinoa
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1-1/2 cups skim milk (can use cow, almond, soy - whatever you prefer)
1/2 cup water
1 tsp Splenda brown sugar or stevia
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
