Order Policy

Pricing and promotions on this Site may vary from that of other websites, and may change at any time, without prior notice. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Shipping Policy

We will make every attempt to ship your order on time from our warehouse. We cannot and will not guarantee shipments. We will not be held responsible for shipments that arrive late. Orders of available in-stock items, received and credit approved by 2 PM EST, in most cases, will be shipped the same day. If a shipment appears to have been lost in transit, please contact customercare@livewell360.com and every attempt will be made to remedy the situation.

Warranty Policy

We will warranty your bag against any defect in original material or workmanship. Although the chance is slim, if you feel your bag has a defect in material or workmanship, we will be more than happy to exchange the bag for a new one.

Please sent warranty claims to customercare@livewell360.com with the following information in the e-mail:

• Original Order Number
• Description of the issue
• Pictures of the issue

Return Policy

Bags may be returned within 365 days (Yes…1 full year) of purchase, as long as the bag is still in brand new condition, as you received it when you ordered it from us. Returned goods must be in un-used condition with all original tags.

During and after the 365 day return timeframe, we will only accept a used bag due to manufacturing defect, subject to the terms of our warranty policy.

After we have received and satisfactorily inspected your returned bag, a credit for the original purchase price of the bag will be issued to your credit card.

Risk of Loss

All purchases from Livewell360.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract, upon which the risk of loss and title for such purchases pass to you upon our successful delivery to the carrier.

Backorders

All pre-ordered products are considered backorders as the items have not yet been released for sale at the time of the pre-order was placed. All orders not in stock at the time of order will be placed on backorder. Backorders will automatically be filled as the product becomes available.

Special Orders

Special orders will be accepted with advance notice and arrangement. To inquire about special orders please contact us via info@livewell360.com and your needs can be discussed. All special orders require a non-cancellable purchase order and may be subject to certain other restrictions.

Damages

For orders that arrive damaged please let us know immediately. In the unlikely even your package is damaged in transit, please do the following:

• Contact Live Well 360 Customer Care via customercare@livewell360.com and be sure to have your order number handy and a description, and pictures if possible, of the damages.

Disputes
