Fitness Friday: A New York Workout!

That’s right! I do believe NYC is one of the fashion capitals of the world! The beauty is that NYC women don’t have just ONE style. They just seem to know how to put things together and come off looking trendy, chic, class and always ‘so New York’. This week, I am going to the Upper East Side, so I need to look the part ‘in body and clothing’. But, I know it’s not about the designer ensemble you have on, the secret is the body IN it and how you pull together and wear the look. This Fitness Friday video focuses on a routine that gets you NYC ready – the New York Workout!

The Workout

The New York Workout consists of 5 exercises, and we’ll be doing 10 reps of each for 2-3 rounds total!
  • 3 Way Lunge
  • One Leg Toe Touch to Front Kick
  • Barrier Jump
  • Bridge Ups
  • Weighted Squat Jumps
