Random fact about you: I have goals to one day join the 50 States Marathon Club

One word to describe you: Passionate

What does the phrase “live well 360” mean to you? Live a life you love, everyday. No matter what.

What’s the healthiest thing you do on a daily basis? A green monster a day keeps the doctor away!

What healthy thing do you wish you did more often? I wish I drove my car less and biked more.

What’s the best tip anyone ever gave you related to living well? Breathe deeply and appreciate the moment.

Your interpretation of the word “balance.” Having your personal life, career and health goals all in sync. Waking up everyday and living a life you love.

Do you meditate and/or journal? I use my blog as a daily journal of sorts.

How often do you set health and fitness goals? Every few months I update my career, health and personal goals for the next year, 3-5 years and even 10 years!

Pandora station, iTunes song list, or band/singer: I love all music! I am a lover of country music - favorite musicians include Tim McGraw, Jason Aldean, Carrie Underwood to name a few. I also love Britney Spears, Justin Bieber, Wicked and anything Glee! Also I am a N*SYNC fan for life!

Health and fitness site(s): I can’t pick favorites I read so many amazing health & fitness blogs in my google reader every day - I love them all!

Book: Currently loving all 3 of the Hunger Games

Form of exercise: I am an avid runner as well as a yogi- I love finding new ways to sweat everyday!

City for outdoor activity: I am biased, but I love exploring MY PHILLY! Whether its running the Art Museum steps or exploring new trail runs, Philadelphia always has a new, fun way to explore the city!

Healthy restaurant: Farmicia, Garce’s Trading Company or 500 Degrees

What is your idea of perfect happiness? Waking up everyday with a smile on my face, loving my life. Never having to worry about finances. Traveling somewhere new every 3-4 months.

What’s your favorite daydream? Running away to live on an island and soaking in the sun.

What do you consider your greatest achievement? Running my first marathon in Chicago on 10-10-10
