In this week's Fitness Friday, I'm gonna share with you my Miami Beach bikini abs workout. And the best part is, you can do this workout absolutely anywhere. These exercises look like you're not doing much but they're really effective.

The most important thing is to make sure that you focus on squeezing those abs super tight. I hope that you like it and make sure you leave your comments below. Let's get those abs beach ready!!

The Workout

Do each of theses exercises 10 times:

  • Sandwich press
  • Ribs - side to side (hips stay still)
  • Hip -side to side
  • Ribs - side to side (hips stay still)
  • Hip -side to side
  • Twisting from center to the side - left
  • Twisting from center to the side - right
  • Diagonal crunch - left
  • Diagonal crunch - left, with left leg raise
  • Diagonal crunch - right
  • Diagonal crunch - right, with leg raise
  • Hips back and forward
  • Circle the ribs - clockwise (10 times) then do a reverse (10 times)
  • Circle the hips - clockwise (10 times) then do a reverse (10 times)
  • Ribs - side to side (hips stay still)
  • Full twist side to side
  • Twist with hip bump - left
  • Twist with hip bump - right
  • Full twist side to side
  • Ribs - side to side
  • Hips back and forward
  • Twist with hip bump - left
  • Twist with hip bump - right
  • Rotate your shoulder back 2 times forward and backward
  • Stretch abdominal then squeeze

And you're done...with Round 1! Great job! Go through (or work up to being able to go through) this series 2-3 times total.
